Whether strengthening one’s eye-brows to balance the strong shoulders of a jacket, donning a rosy flush atop ones cheeks in the spirit of farm girl innocence, smudging one’s eye-liner to show a “I don’t give a F$@K attitude” or matching eye-shadows to fabrics for a strategic repetition of otherwise arbitrarily bright colors make-up completes a look and makes fashion altogether more digestible.

Art has always been an enormous part of my life, and from an early age the boundary between lipstick and paint was challenged and pondered. From an early age make-up played an interesting role in my perception of women and beauty and power.

I play a variety of roles behind the camera, but I specialize in Make-up and Hair and occasionally styling for Stills and Film, Stock Photography, Weddings and Special Events.

I aim to share my love of colour and costume, texture, lighting, music, attitude and ambiance with you.

I hope you have fun with this site. Though in it’s infant stage, it already has some useful tips regarding products and applications. Soon I will be expanding on these tips and product reviews, as well as providing individual pages for each of the photographers and models I work with on a regular basis. I also aim to include video tutorials and video summaries of the behind the scenes footage that leads up to these images.
